These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by BHUNIDHI DEVELOPERS. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. If you require personal legal advice, all inquiries must be addressed with your lawyer within 7 days from the date of booking. Please ensure that all legal questions are submitted only once and not repeatedly.
2. In case of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded under the following conditions: 0 The blocking amount must be paid within 48 hours of booking. If the client cancels due to personal reasons after 24 hours, the blocking amount will not be refunded. For cancellations due to personal reasons after the booking, a 30% deduction will be applied to the booking amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded via cheque within 45 days.
3. Plots facing North-East or located at corners will be classified as premium plots and will incur additional charges of 5% and 10%, respectively.
4. These terms and conditions are subject to change in accordance with management policies or government regulations.
5. Additional costs such as registration fees, Khatha transfer taxes, and loan processing fees will be borne by the purchaser.
6. The applicant must sign at the bottom of all pages. By signing the form, the applicant(s) confirm that they have inspected the project site and are satisfied with it.
7. Any request from the applicant(s) to switch to another plot/unit, either within the same project or in another project, will be at the sole discretion of BHU NIDHI DEVELOPERS.
8. The applicant(s) agree that cancellations of booked plots/units will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances, with valid reasons that satisfy BHU NIDHI DEVELOPERS. Cancellation requests will be considered individually.
9. In the event of a cancellation, if approved by BHU NIDHI DEVELOPERS, a 30% charge will be applied to the total amount paid. The applicant(s) will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and statutory levies, which cannot be refunded after cancellation. BHU NIDHI DEVELOPERS reserves the right to reallocate and sell the plot/unit to another party, with any remaining balance (if applicable) refunded within 45 days of cancellation, without interest.
